NURSERY
Childcare is provided from 8:15 -12:15pm Sunday mornings for children under the age of 5 not attending Sunday School. Sign-in and drop-off is located behind Wesley Hall and first-time visitors will fill out a simple registration.
STEAM on Sundays
Sundays 9:40 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.
STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Math) is a new kind of kids' Christian Formation using relevant tools to create a collaborative environment where kids explore the classic Bible stories. Kids will begin with a short walk to the Kids' Worship room for an introduction to the day's story, then spend time in the Makerspace rooms discovering and creating. They'll be encouraged to think critically and work through challenges as they use materials from Ozobots to play dough and paints to recreate the story as they understand it. Kids are invited to dress casually as their building and creating could get messy.
- Check-in 9:30-9:40 a.m. in Asbury Hall
- Kids will be escorted together to the upstairs Kids' Ministry Rooms
- Pick-up Preschool Mid Stairwell 10:45-10:50 a.m.
- Pick-up Elementary from Asbury Hall 10:45-10:50 a.m.
- The LUMC Hospitality Team provides snacks and refreshments in Wesley Hall (or the front patio) for all to enjoy following worship/STEAM
